Construction Broke ground on April 2024. and is scheduled to be completed by Mid-November 2024
WARRANTY
All homes by this builder are provided with a 1 year contractor warrantee and a 10 year extended warranty.
CAN A BUYER SELECT THEIR OWN FINISHES?
A buyer may select their own finishes with builder approval, provided that the selections are made at appropriate times in the construction timeline and that there is an active contract on the property with a non-refundable deposit.
IS THERE A CLUB MEMBERSHIP AVAILIBLE?
Seller will make membership available to the buyer. The buyer must commit to purchasing the membership simultaneously with closing to retain their membership rights. Reynolds offers several membership options; click the link below for more information.
